2. Standard Production Process (From Mixing to Finished Products)

(1) Raw material mixing

Batch materials accurately according to the standard formula. Firstly, dry-mix PVC resin, calcium powder and recycled materials, then add stabilizers, lubricants, foam regulators and other additives in sequence. Conduct high-speed mixing to the set temperature to ensure uniform dispersion of all raw materials and lay a foundation for subsequent molding.

(2) Plasticizing extrusion

Transport the uniformly mixed raw materials to the 92-type extruder. Precisely control the temperature of each section and screw speed to achieve full plasticization of raw materials. Strictly monitor the melt temperature to avoid thermal degradation, foaming failure and other production defects.

(3) Foam molding

After the melt is extruded through the die head, the foaming agent decomposes to form uniform and dense cell structures. The professional foam regulator optimizes the cell structure in real time to ensure that the thickness and density of door panels meet industrial standards.

Product specifications: Standard widths include 700mm, 800mm and 900mm; conventional height is 2.15m, and customized heights of 2.2m and 2.3m are available for hotels and high-end home decoration projects.

▶Door panel types: Ordinary type (standard thickness, flat surface) and carving type (thickened back, suitable for hollow carving and window opening processes).

▶Door frame production: Equipped with 2-3 sets of special molds, adopting inlaid extrusion technology. The lines on both sides of the door frame can be covered and decorated to enhance the overall aesthetics and grade.

(4) Cooling and finishing

The molded door panels are rapidly cooled and shaped by professional cooling equipment to prevent deformation and ensure high dimensional accuracy. Finally, finished products are obtained through precise cutting and edge trimming.
