Product Principle：

Its high molecular weight enhances melt cohesion and viscoelasticity, effectively encapsulating expanding gases from blowing agents. The increased melt tension prevents bubble coalescence throughout board thickness, promoting uniform fine-celled foam structures essential for thick boards where consistent cell morphology from core to surface is critical.

Performance Characteristics:
This premium PVC processing additive exhibits outstanding low-temperature plasticization promotion for energy-efficient processing at high output rates. The elevated intrinsic viscosity imparts superior melt strength, allowing board densities as low as 0.3 g/cm³ while preserving rigidity. K902 demonstrates excellent dispersibility, ensuring homogeneous foam cell distribution with low volatile content (≤1%) for stable extrusion. Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 3%–8% based on total formulation weight, depending on board thickness, target density, and extrusion conditions. Preliminary trials advised for optimal results.
