Product Principle：
MSA-2210 functions as a chemical foaming agent that decomposes at elevated temperatures (180–240°C) to release inert gases within the polymer melt. These gases form bubbles that expand during processing, creating a cellular structure that reduces density and improves material properties. The controlled gas release ensures uniform cell nucleation and growth, while the environmentally friendly composition minimizes emissions and residues.

Performance Characteristics：
With an effective content of ≥95%, MSA-2210 delivers consistent foaming performance with minimal waste. The gas formation volume of 18–30 ml/g provides controlled expansion suitable for a variety of applications requiring moderate density reduction. The broad decomposition temperature range of 180–240°C accommodates different processing conditions across multiple polymer types, including high-temperature engineering plastics. The white granulate form ensures easy handling, accurate dosing, and rapid dispersion in compounding and extrusion operations.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 0.5–3 phr depending on the polymer type, desired density reduction, and specific application requirements. For PP extrusion foaming, typical dosages range from 1–2 phr. For ABS injection molded parts requiring fine cell structures, 0.5–1.5 phr is commonly used. Optimal dosage should be determined through trials considering processing conditions and target foam properties.
