Product Principle：
This compatibilizer uses maleic anhydride-grafted PE (grafting rate 1%) to react with wood fiber hydroxyl groups, forming strong covalent bonds. The PE chain is compatible with the matrix, creating an interfacial bridge for better stress transfer and composite integrity. With a melt flow rate of 6–7 g/10min, it ensures uniform dispersion during extrusion.

Performance Characteristics：
With a melt index of 1.56 g/10min and density of 0.95 g/cm³, this compatibilizer matches closely with typical PE processing parameters. The melting point of 135°C ensures complete fusion during extrusion while maintaining thermal stability. The graft percentage of 1% provides optimal reactivity without excessive crosslinking that could impair processability. The material delivers excellent tensile strength (26 MPa) and breaking elongation (≥250%) in finished products, reflecting its effectiveness in enhancing mechanical performance. Its white granular form ensures easy handling and accurate dosing.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 3%–8% based on total formulation weight. For standard WPC with 50–60% wood content, 4%–6% is optimal; for highfiller or demanding applications, up to 8% can be used. It can be premixed or fed separately; trials are suggested to optimize dosage.
