Product Principle:
This coupling agent works via a dual mechanism: its aluminate groups react with hydroxyl groups on inorganic fillers to form stable bonds, while its organic long chains are compatible with the polymer matrix, creating a molecular bridge for better stress transfer. It reduces interfacial tension, prevents agglomeration, improves dispersion, lowers melt viscosity and friction, allowing higher filler loadings while maintaining mechanical properties.

This coupling agent offers a viscosity reduction of ≥98%, greatly improving melt flow for higher filler loadings and faster processing.
