It significantly increases impact resistance—typically 30–50% improvement in Izod impact strength—while delivering surface gloss readings often exceeding 90% at a 60° angle. The high melting point (≥185°C) ensures thermal stability even under demanding extrusion conditions, and ultra-low volatiles (≤0.1%) and ash content (≤0.1%) prevent die buildup, plate-out, and surface defects. Controlled particle size (35–45 η) guarantees rapid dispersion and uniform melt properties.

Usage and Dosage：
The recommended addition level is 3–10% based on total formulation weight. For applications prioritizing maximum surface gloss, such as decorative profiles or visible trim, dosages toward 8–10 % deliver the highest brightness. For toughness-focused applications, 5–7% typically provides optimal impact resistance. Final dosage should be fine-tuned through trials to balance both properties according to specific product requirements.
