Product Principle：
GM605 contains high-content styrene polymer with excellent PVC compatibility. During extrusion, it promotes uniform fusion and plasticization, enhancing melt cohesion and elasticity. This interpenetrating network distributes stress, preventing crack propagation. Increased melt strength also prevents creep under load and extends demoulding time during profile shaping.

Performance Characteristics：
As a premium PVC processing aid, GM605 improves rheological properties and mechanical integrity. It elevates Vicat softening temperature and heat distortion resistance, refines surface finish, and ensures robust melt strength for stable processing. High intrinsic viscosity (11-13) ensures consistent performance, while low volatiles prevent plate-out and die buildup.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 5-12% based on total formulation weight. Optimal dosing should be determined through trials to achieve desired balance of impact strength, rigidity, and processing characteristics.
