Product Principle：
MSA-2215 is a low-temperature chemical foaming agent that decomposes at 120–140°C and releases inert gas in the ABS melt. Its early decomposition supports bubble formation before the polymer solidifies, effectively counteracting shrinkage in thick-walled extrusions, improving dimensional stability and eliminating sink marks. Controlled gas release ensures uniform cell nucleation across the entire section.

Performance Characteristics：
MSA-2215 provides a gas output of 110–130 ml/g for effective weight reduction, with controlled cell size and distribution. It decomposes at 120–140°C for strong anti-shrinkage performance. Its white particles allow easy handling, dosing, and fast dispersion in ABS. The water-based carrier ensures clean decomposition with no harmful byproducts.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended dosage: 0.5–3% based on wall thickness and weight reduction needs; 2–3% for thick profiles to achieve 15–20% weight loss, 0.8–1.5% for standard extrusion, with final optimization via trials.
