Product Principle:
Adding foaming regulators K400 to low-foam PVC extruded products promotes PVC gelation, enhances melt thermal strength and elongation, improves surface quality, and stabilizes the fine pores formed by foaming agents. This prevents pore walls from rupturing and interpenetrating to form large voids, resulting in foam with both low density and high strength.
