Product Principle：
MS-110, an NC foaming agent, decomposes endothermically at 160–180°C, absorbing heat and releasing inert gas for uniform cell formation. With a controlled 6–10 μm particle size, it disperses evenly, ensuring consistent nucleation and smooth surfaces. Its composition imparts a bright white base color, while the endothermic profile stabilizes melt temperature, preventing overheating and enabling uniform foam expansion.

Performance Characteristics：
MS-110 offers stable foaming performance with a gas volume of 130±5 ml/g, suitable for various PVC board densities and thicknesses. It provides a stronger whitening effect than standard NC agents, improving whiteness, printability, and appearance. Low moisture content (≤0.3%) ensures good storage stability and avoids surface defects. Its slightly alkaline pH (8.0–8.5) is compatible with most PVC systems, while fine particle size enables fast dispersion and uniform cell nucleation for consistent foam structure.
