Product Principle：
LE-D functions by reducing friction between polymer chains and between the polymer matrix and wood fibers during processing. This internal and external lubrication effect lowers melt viscosity, improves flow characteristics, and promotes uniform distribution of fillers throughout the composite. The absence of maleic anhydride (0%) prevents unwanted side reactions that could degrade the polymer or affect long-term durability. Instead, LE-D relies on a proprietary blend of non-reactive components that physically facilitate chain mobility and interfacial adhesion without chemically altering the base materials. This results in smoother extrusion, reduced energy consumption, and enhanced mechanical properties in the final product.

Performance Characteristics：
LE-D delivers exceptional blending homogenization, ensuring that wood flour and other additives are uniformly dispersed within the PE matrix. This homogeneity translates into consistent product quality and reduced variability across production runs. The lubricant significantly improves processability by lowering melt torque and pressure, enabling faster extrusion speeds and reducing wear on processing equipment. Its excellent dispersity prevents agglomerates and surface defects, yielding smoother finishes and higher dimensional accuracy. Moreover, LE-D is designed to withstand outdoor exposure, maintaining its effectiveness under UV radiation and temperature fluctuations without leaching or blooming.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 0.5–3% in WPC: 0.5–1.5% for better flow and surface finish of thin walled profiles, 2–3% for high filler (wood >60%) or high strength products. It can be added directly to the mixer or extruder; trials are suggested to optimize dosage.
