CPE135A is a specialized toughening agent designed for PVC applications, particularly in SPC products and UV panels. It significantly enhances the toughness and bending resistance of finished products while maintaining excellent processing characteristics.

Description

Product Principle:
As a chlorinated polyethylene modifier, CPE135A forms a flexible network within the rigid PVC matrix. During processing, it disperses uniformly and creates interfacial adhesion with PVC, absorbing impact energy and preventing crack propagation. The optimal chlorine content of 35% ensures excellent compatibility with PVC while maintaining the rubbery characteristics necessary for effective toughening.

Performance Characteristics:
CPE135A delivers outstanding toughness improvement without compromising rigidity. It enhances impact resistance at both room temperature and low temperatures, making products suitable for diverse environmental conditions. The additive improves flexural fatigue resistance and prevents brittle failure under stress. Its thermal decomposition temperature of 165°C ensures stability during PVC processing while providing effective toughening in the final product.

Usage and Dosage:
Recommended addition level is 5-15% based on total formulation weight. Optimal dosage should be determined according to specific product requirements and processing conditions.
