The optimal chlorine content of 35% ensures excellent compatibility with PVC while maintaining the rubbery characteristics necessary for effective toughening.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 5-15% based on total formulation weight. Optimal dosage should be determined according to specific product requirements and processing conditions.
