Product Principle:
This coupling agent works via a dual mechanism: its aluminate groups react with hydroxyl groups on inorganic fillers to form stable bonds, while its organic long chains are compatible with the polymer matrix, creating a molecular bridge for better stress transfer. It reduces interfacial tension, prevents agglomeration, improves dispersion, lowers melt viscosity and friction, allowing higher filler loadings while maintaining mechanical properties.
Performance Characteristics:
This coupling agent offers a viscosity reduction of ≥98%, greatly improving melt flow for higher filler loadings and faster processing. It has ultra-low volatility (≤0.15%), density 0.94–1.034 g/cm³, impurity black ≤1, and is odorless. With a boiling point of 250–450°C, thermal dispersion temperature 310°C, and melting point 50–60°C, it ensures high stability and easy compounding.
