This color masterbatch is designed for PE WPC flooring and co-extruded WPC surfaces. Composed of pigment (5–70%), carrier resin (20–80%) and additives (10–30%), it provides consistent, bright colour with excellent aging, UV and fading resistance for longlasting outdoor durability.
Product Principle：
This color masterbatch uses a PE-based carrier to disperse pigments evenly in the WPC surface layer during co-extrusion. Its 10–30% additives (UV stabilizers, antioxidants, processing aids) improve weatherability, and a melt flow rate of 12–20 g/10min at 190°C ensures stable dispersion and color uniformity.
Performance Characteristics：
This masterbatch has a pigment loading of 5–70% for flexible coloring, melting point 100–150°C, density 1.2–1.5 g/cm³, and moisture content ≤1% to avoid extrusion defects. It offers excellent UV resistance and color stability for outdoor use.
