Lubricant G60 is a high-efficiency external lubricant specially designed for PVC processing. Based on high-purity polyethylene wax and modified via a special process, it features stable melting point and excellent dispersibility, making it an ideal processing aid for PVC flooring, profiles, pipes and other products.

Description

It exhibits outstanding external lubrication, forming a dense lubricating film between the melt and equipment metal surfaces to effectively reduce friction resistance. With low high-temperature volatility, it remains stable at 180–220℃ without odor precipitation. It synergizes well with calcium-zinc stabilizers, significantly improving processing efficiency and product quality.
