Product Principle：
MSV-513 is a high-purity exothermic foaming agent that decomposes at 165–185°C, releasing gas to support uniform cell growth in PVC. Its 4–6 um ultrafine particles ensure excellent dispersion and stable nucleation, forming fine closed-cell structures with good mechanical properties, low density, and smooth surfaces.

Performance Characteristics：
MSV-513 has a gas volume of 170–200 ml/g and 97% purity, offering stable foaming and strong weight reduction for shoe materials and low-foam products. With ultra-low sieve residue (0.1%) and low volatiles (≤3%), it enables clean processing. Its 4–6 um fine particles disperse well, and decomposition temperature matches standard PVC processing conditions.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended dosage: 0.5–3% based on foam density, cell structure and application; 1.5–2.5% for PVC shoe materials, 0.8–1.8% for low-foam boards and profiles, with optimization via trials.
