L-M is a high-performance lubricant for PE-WPC, composed of stearic acid, polyethylene wax, ethylene distearate amide and auxiliaries. It improves fusion and lubrication, and when used with a compatibilizer, enhances product strength and processing stability.

Product Principle:
L M uses a dual lubrication system: stearic acid and polyethylene wax provide internal lubrication to reduce friction and melt viscosity, while ethylene distearate amide offers external lubrication to prevent sticking and ensure smooth extrusion. This balanced system improves dispersion and homogenization; when combined with a compatibilizer, it effectively enhances mechanical strength.

Performance Characteristics:
L-M boasts ≥99% fineness (0.05mm sieve) for fast, uniform dispersion and consistent lubrication. Odorless, with a 147°C melting point (thermal stability) and 0.42 free acid value (consistent quality), its tailored blend optimizes fusion and lubrication without conflicting with other additives.
