OPE WAX functions as an external lubricant by forming a thin, uniform film between the molten PVC and metal surfaces of processing equipment. The oxidized functional groups enhance compatibility with polar PVC resins, promoting uniform dispersion and preventing plate-out. 4. Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 0.3–1.5% based on total PVC formulation weight. For standard PVC extrusion products requiring good release properties and surface brightness, dosages of 0.4–0.8% typically provide optimal performance. For high-speed extrusion lines or formulations with challenging release characteristics, dosages toward 0.8–1.5% are recommended. Systematic trials should be conducted to fine-tune the dosage for specific equipment, formulations, and processing conditions.
