1. Product Overview：
CZ759 is a high-performance calcium zinc heat stabilizer designed for PVC SPC (Stone Plastic Composite), non-foaming profiles, boards, and PVC/CPVC/UPVC pipes. With ≥97% active substance and a melting range of 110–135°C, it provides excellent thermal stability, good lubricity, and a unique coupling effect that improves filler dispersion and product performance. This eco-friendly stabilizer meets RoHS standards, making it ideal for manufacturers producing rigid PVC extrusions with superior surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

2. Product Principle：
CZ759 combines zinc stearate, calcium stearate, and auxiliary lubricants. The calcium component neutralizes hydrogen chloride released during PVC degradation, forming stable chlorides for longterm stability. Zinc stearate ensures initial color hold and processing stability. The integrated lubricants reduce internal friction, lowering melt viscosity and torque. The coupling effect enhances interfacial adhesion between PVC and inorganic fillers (e.g., CaCO₃), improving dispersion and mechanical integrity. The 110–135°C melting range ensures early activation and sustained protection during the entire extrusion process.

3. Performance Characteristics：
CZ759 delivers outstanding thermal stability with volatile content ≤2% and active substance ≥97%, ensuring clean processing with minimal smoke, odor, or plate out. The density of 0.35 ±0.05 g/cm³ facilitates dustfree handling and rapid dispersion. Its good lubricity reduces mechanical wear on screws, barrels, and dies, extending equipment life. The unique coupling effect significantly improves filler dispersion, resulting in higher impact strength, flexural modulus, and surface gloss. The stabilizer is fully RoHS compliant and suitable for both single and twinscrew extruders.

4. Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 3–5 phr based on total PVC formulation weight. For standard SPC flooring (200–300 phr CaCO₃) and rigid pipes, 3.5–4.5 phr typically provides optimal stability and processing performance. For highspeed extrusion or recycled content, dosages toward 5 phr are recommended. Systematic trials should be conducted to optimize for specific equipment and formulations.
