2. Product Principle:
Zinc stearate provides initial color hold; calcium stearate ensures longterm stability by neutralizing HCl. Auxiliary lubricants reduce friction, and the coupling effect improves fillerresin adhesion, enhancing dispersion and mechanical strength. Melting at 105°C ensures early activation.
3. Performance Characteristics:
CZ758 offers clean processing (volatiles ≤2%), easy dispersion (density 0.35 g/cm³), good lubricity that reduces equipment wear, and a unique coupling effect for superior filler dispersion, surface brightness, and dimensional accuracy in highly filled SPC formulations.
4. Usage and Dosage:
Recommended addition: 3–5 phr. For standard SPC (200–300 phr CaCO₃), use 3.5–4.5 phr; for highspeed lines or recycled content, use toward 5 phr. Optimize via trials.
