Product Principle：
WE-2315 is a chemical foaming agent with ≥95% azobisformamide, decomposing at 180–220°C to release gas. Its yellow granules enable easy handling, dosing and dispersion. Stable gas release ensures uniform cell nucleation, producing fine foam structures that lower density while preserving mechanical properties.

Performance Characteristics：
WE-2315 offers stable foaming with a gas volume of 10–30 ml/g for moderate density reduction. It decomposes at 180–220°C, adapting to various polymers and processing conditions. High purity ensures consistent decomposition with little batch variation, while its granular form reduces dust and improves safety.

Usage and Dosage：
Recommended dosage: 0.5–3% based on polymer, density reduction and application; 1–2% for automotive injection molding, 0.8–1.5% for ABS extrusion, and PP/PE sheet to be optimized via trials.
