Description

Product Principle:
With high styrene polymer content (≥95%), S620 promotes uniform fusion and plasticization during SPC extrusion. It enhances melt strength and elasticity through molecular chain entanglement, enabling stable processing at high line speeds while increasing surface hardness and rigidity. The relatively low melting point (116°C) ensures rapid activation early in the extrusion process, providing consistent performance throughout the production run and preventing defects associated with incomplete fusion.

Performance Characteristics:
S620 delivers exceptional improvements in melt strength and hardness for SPC flooring applications. It enhances impact resistance through optimized plasticization and molecular reinforcement, typically improving Izod impact strength by 30-50%. The additive improves weather resistance, making SPC products suitable for various environmental conditions including UV exposure and temperature fluctuations.
