2. Product Principle：
CZ725 functions through a synergistic combination of zinc stearate and calcium stearate. During PVC processing, the stabilizer neutralizes hydrogen chloride released by thermal degradation. Calcium stearate provides long-term thermal stability by forming stable calcium chlorides, while zinc stearate ensures excellent initial color hold and processing stability. The auxiliary lubricants reduce internal friction, promoting uniform melt flow and preventing scorching. This balanced mechanism ensures consistent insulation integrity, minimizes conductivity loss, and extends the service life of wire and cable products.

3. Performance Characteristics：
CZ725 offers outstanding thermal stability with low heating decrease (≤1.5%) and minimal volatile content (≤2%), ensuring clean processing without plateout or die buildup. 4. Usage and Dosage：
Recommended addition level is 3–5 phr based on total PVC formulation weight. For high-speed extrusion lines or formulations with high filler loadings, dosages toward 5 phr are recommended. Systematic trials should be conducted to finetune the dosage for specific wire gauges, extrusion conditions, and performance requirements.
