MSS-1020 Endothermic Foaming Agent: Dedicated Solution for High-Quality PS Foam Products
Benefiting from years of R&D expertise in plastic processing additives, MAIJISEN has independently developed MSS-1020 endothermic foaming agent exclusively for PS products. This product is specially tailored for the production of premium low-foam PS sheets and extruded special profiles.
It features a gas release capacity of 130 ml/g. Optimal foaming performance is achieved at processing temperatures of 150~170℃ and mold temperatures of 135~145℃. Finished products feature fine and uniform cells, smooth surfaces free of orange peel defects with a stable density of 0.4-0.6g/cm³, widely applied in foamed shutters, decorative mouldings and grating panels.
